央视记者：10天内若李铁不提出上诉判决将生效，李铁还没被剪头发

12月13日讯 2024年12月13日，湖北省咸宁市中级人民法院对中国国家男子足球队原主教练李铁案公开宣判，李铁被以受贿罪、行贿罪、单位行贿罪、非国家工作人员受贿罪、对非国家工作人员行贿罪数罪并罚判处有期徒刑二十年。

央视记者武兵：今天一审宣判是在八点半准时开始的，整个庭审持续了半小时左右。今天现场来了很多家媒体，但我们跟很多家媒体一样是在门口守候，并没有被允许进入到法庭拍摄。

那么今天呢，李铁是被五项罪名数罪并罚判处有期徒刑20年。刚刚我们看到李铁辩护律师团队也走出法院。我们对他们进行了简单采访，律师表示今天在法庭上只是一个法官的节选的宣读判决，律师自己本人也没有拿到判决书，对今天20年的刑期没有做出一个回应。同时根据规定刑事案件上诉期一般在10天左右，也就是说10天内李铁不提出上诉，判决就将生效，同时具有法律强行执行效力。律师表示稍后也会再会见李铁，和李铁商量一下。同时律师表示李铁整个人精神状态和一审开庭时一样的，情绪非常稳定表达非常清晰。
